Job summary

Haven Holidays is seeking a Security Manager to lead a dynamic team in delivering a safe, secure and welcoming environment for guests, owners and staff. You will drive security operations, performance, budgeting, and policy compliance across all shifts.

The role requires proven security leadership, a valid SIA DS license, and the ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays in a busy holiday park setting.

Qualifications

• Proven Security Management experience, preferably in a holiday park, resort, or customer service.
• Valid SIA Door Supervisors (DS) License.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Experience budgeting and financial management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and achieve targets.
• Ensure top-tier guest satisfaction by addressing concerns and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor performance, provide coaching, and conduct reviews.
• Oversee scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Resolve operational issues quickly to ensure smooth day-to-day running.
• Support training and development through ongoing mentoring.
• Maintain the Park Security Plan, Security Risk Assessments and Instructions.
