Job summary

Haven is seeking a Security Team Member to help maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, owners and team at our holiday park.

As part of a 24-hour security operation, you’ll hold an SIA DS license and provide friendly, professional service while actively patrolling and responding to incidents. The role includes flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, with comprehensive training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid SIADoor Supervisor (DS) license.
• Previous security experience in hospitality/leisure is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and observational skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and patrol the holiday park to ensure safety and security for guests, owners and staff.
• Manage park access and ensure only authorized individuals enter the site.
• Respond promptly to security incidents, medical emergencies, alarms or guest concerns.
• Maintain detailed incident records and report to management.
• Provide friendly, helpful guest experiences and assist with queries.
• Collaborate with team members to create a safe environment for all.
