Job summary

Dardan Security Ltd is seeking a professional Security Supervisor to join our on-site team in Cambridge. You will supervise Security Officers, manage access control, CCTV, and incident reporting to ensure the safety of clients, staff and assets.

The ideal candidate holds a valid SIA licence, can demonstrate reliable punctuality, and has experience with MS Office. We offer full in-house training, a days-based shift pattern from 07:00 to 19:00, and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• SIA licence required and valid.
• Right to work in the UK with five-year checkable history.
• Punctual and reliable with professional appearance.
• Passionate about creating an exceptional customer experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Security Officers on site.
• Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service for visitors, clients, and employees.
• Monitor daily security operations and maintain high standards of performance.
• Conduct regular patrols and site inspections.
• Manage incident response, investigations, and reporting.
• Manage access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and alarm activations.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a professional, motivated, and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising security operations, leading a team of Security Officers, and ensuring the safety and security of our client, employees, visitors, and assets.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong leadership skills and a background in security operations who is looking to progress their career.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

• Supervise and support a team of Security Officers on site

• Provide a professional and welcoming front-of-house service for visitors, clients, and employees

• Monitor daily security operations and maintain high standards of performance

• Conduct regular patrols and site inspections

• Manage incident response, investigations, and reporting

• Manage access control systems, CCTV monitoring, and alarm activations

• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and industry regulations

Full in-house training will be provided.
