Job summary

Dardan Security Ltd in Cambridge is seeking a dedicated Relief Concierge Officer to provide cover across client sites. You will handle front-of-house duties, access control, security monitoring and concierge services.

The role requires a valid SIA licence, right to work in the UK, and a smart, reliable approach. Full in-house training is provided and site hours include days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Providing a welcoming front-of-house presence.
• Greeting residents, visitors, contractors and guests.
• Managing access control and maintaining site security.
• Conducting regular patrols of buildings and surrounding areas.
• Handling deliveries and enquiries.
• Responding to incidents, emergencies and alarm activations.
• Maintaining accurate records and incident reports.
• Ensuring excellent customer service at all times.

The Opportunity

We are looking for dedicated and professional Relief Concierge Officer to support our client sites across Cambridge. This role requires a flexible individual who can provide cover across different sites as needed.

As a Relief Concierge Security Officer, you will provide cover across various sites, supporting our clients with front-of-house duties, access control, security monitoring, and general concierge services.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

• Providing a welcoming and professional front-of-house presence

• Greeting residents, visitors, contractors, and guests

• Managing access control and maintaining site security

• Conducting regular patrols of buildings and surrounding areas

• Handling deliveries and enquiries
