Job summary

Dardan Security Ltd is recruiting a Regional Security Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of physical security across the EMEA region, based at Granta Park. This role offers a dynamic, professional environment while supporting security operations across multiple countries and locations.

You will administer access control, manage security tickets, coordinate vendors, and produce security reports, maintaining accurate records and contributing to business continuity.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence and security operations experience.
• Experience managing support tickets and service requests.
• Experience administering access control programmes.
• Right to work in the UK with a five-year history.
• Strong organisational, administrative and communication skills.
• Interest in delivering exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a Regional Security Operations Coordinator to support the delivery of physical security operations across the EMEA region for a leading biotechnology organisation based at the prestigious Granta Park. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic and professional environment while supporting security operations across multiple countries and business locations.

As the Regional Security Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective administration, governance, and continuous improvement of physical security programmes throughout the EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating operational activities, and driving high standards of security service delivery.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

• Administer regional access control and badging programmes
• Manage security-related tickets and coordinate service delivery activities
• Support access governance processes and conduct access reviews
• Maintain user administration across security systems
• Coordinate security vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Support the management and coordination of security technology incidents
• Produce security reports and maintain accurate security data
• Assist with audit preparation and compliance initiatives
• Coordinate logistics and support for security events and operational activities
• Maintain accurate security documentation, records, and procedures
• Support business continuity, resilience, and operational security programmes
• Work independently across multiple projects while collaborating with stakeholders throughout the business

Full in-house training will be provided.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Valid SIA Licence
• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience within security operations, facilities security, security administration, or a related field
• Experience managing support tickets and service requests
• Experience administering physical access control programmes
• Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
• Strong organisational, administrative, and communication skills
• Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience
• Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
• Highly intuitive with a curious mindset
• Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
• Resilient and pro-active in your work
