Job summary

Dardan Security is seeking a Security Supervisor to lead a team across Holborn, Clerkenwell, Farringdon, Bloomsbury and St Giles. You will ensure safe, welcoming neighbourhoods and coordinate daily operations with a focus on client satisfaction.

Key requirements include a valid SIA licence, a UK driving licence, and prior supervisory experience. The role offers full-time hours, standard 09:00–17:00 shifts, and training to support growth within a dynamic security environment.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence is required.
• UK manual driving licence is preferred.
• Experience supervising or managing a team.
• Right to work in the UK with a five-year work history.
• Punctual, reliable and professional appearance.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer experience.
• Competence with MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Proactive, resilient and well-presented for a corporate image.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage officers, setting clear targets and standards.
• Act as primary client liaison, ensuring service expectations are met.
• Produce accurate and timely reports.
• Provide ongoing staff management and coaching.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain and update process documentation and training matrix.
• Develop reporting to deliver data and insights to the client.
• Drive achievement across operational targets including engagement visits and incident reporting.

As a Security Supervisor, you will lead and coordinate the team responsible for maintaining safe, welcoming and inclusive neighbourhoods across Holborn, Clerkenwell, Farringdon, Bloomsbury and St Giles. Your leadership will help create a secure environment that enhances the experience of everyone who lives in, works in, or visits this district.

Your duties include (but are not limited to):

• Act as the primary liaison for the client, building strong relationships and ensuring service expectations are met
• Produce accurate and timely reports
• Provide ongoing staff management and coaching
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain and update process documentation and the team training matrix
• Develop reporting functions to deliver data and insights to the client
• Drive achievement across all operational targets, including engagement visits, incident reporting, and compliance with static role requirements

Full in-house training will be provided.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Valid SIA Licence
• UK Manual Driving Licence
• Supervisor or Management experience
• Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history
• Punctual and reliable

• Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)
