Dardan Security Ltd is seeking a professional Security Supervisor to lead on-site security teams and safeguard people, property and assets. The role focuses on supervising officers, upholding service standards, and ensuring adherence to company procedures and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence.
• Right to work in the UK with a five-year checkable history.
• Strong commitment to safety, security and wellbeing.
• Excellent observation and hazard-awareness skills.
• Professional, punctual and reliable approach.
• Passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Intuitive and curious mindset.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
• Resilience to work in a busy operational environment.
• Full UK Driving Licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of Security Officers, ensuring duties are carried out effectively and professionally.
• Monitor daily security operations and maintain high standards of performance.
• Conduct regular patrols and site inspections.
• Manage incident response, investigations, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, security policies, and site procedures.
• Coordinate shift schedules, cover arrangements, and staff deployment.
• Carry out staff inductions, training, and performance monitoring.
• Liaise with clients, visitors, contractors, and emergency services as required.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and incident logs.
• Promote a positive and customer-focused approach across the security team.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
