Job summary

Treehouse Hotel London is seeking a proactive Security Supervisor to lead two Security Officers and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for guests and colleagues. Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you will oversee day-to-day security operations, patrols, CCTV, access control and incident investigations, while supporting fire safety and health and safety compliance.

You will collaborate with hotel departments to protect guests and assets and maintain security records with a professional

Qualifications

• Previous hotel security experience, ideally at supervisor or team-leader level.
• Experience leading colleagues and responding to security incidents.
• Knowledge of CCTV, access control and emergency procedures.
• A valid SIA licence appropriate to the duties undertaken, where required.
• Strong communication, organisation and reporting skills.
• A calm, confident and professional approach, with excellent attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights, weekends and bank holidays.

Job description

Treehouse Hotel London is looking for a proactive, professional and hands-on Security Supervisor to lead our team of two Security Officers and help ensure a safe, secure and welcoming environment for our guests and colleagues.

Reporting to the Front of House Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day security operation, maintaining high standards across the hotel. You'll lead by example, manage patrols and access control, investigate incidents, oversee security procedures and support fire safety and emergency preparedness.

Working closely with departments across the hotel, you'll play a key role in protecting our guests, colleagues and assets while delivering security in a friendly, discreet and guest-focused manner.
