Cairn Group is seeking motivated Supervisors to support our Treehouse Hotel London and broader operations. You’ll lead daily service delivery, coach teams and coordinate shifts while upholding guest-care standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Have previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment.
• Lead with positivity and set a strong example for others.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of the department and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Lead by example, maintaining high standards of guest service and operational excellence.
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to team members throughout each shift.
• Assist with organising workloads, delegating tasks and coordinating daily activities.
• Help resolve guest queries and operational challenges effectively and professionally.
• Contribute to the success of the wider team by driving performance, engagement and service standards.
