Knight is seeking a Security Response Centre Supervisor to lead the on-shift team at the Camberley Response Centre, overseeing Duty Officers and coordinating incident response with mobile teams, guards, and clients. You will act as Bronze Commander during incidents and ensure clear communications across all parties involved.

Ideal candidates have an SIA Front‑Line Licence and proven supervisory experience, with a background in a Response Centre, ARC, or control room environment, and strong

• SIA Front-Line Licence – required
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role
• 1 year in a Response Centre, ARC or Control Room environment
• Strong understanding of mobile patrols, keyholding & guarding services
• Confident with various software systems
• Organised, calm under pressure, and a natural leader
• High attention to detail, excellent communicator, and team-focused

Responsabilidades

• Be the go-to escalation point for shift-related issues.
• Supervise the performance and welfare of Duty Officers.
• Lead incident response and command real-time operations.
• Support staff development and enforce high standards.
• Monitor and manage CCTV, alerts, calls, emails and radio comms.
• Oversee mobile patrol deployment, static site cover, and rostering.
• Prepare detailed Daily Handover Reports and ensure shift continuity.
• Uphold compliance with SOPs, service standards and client instructions.
• Lead professional, confident communications during client incidents.
• Support complaint resolution and represent Knight with integrity.
