Job summary

Carlisle Support Services is seeking enthusiastic, reliable Security Supervisors to join our team, guarding prestigious client sites and ensuring safe, compliant gatehouse operations.

You will lead shifts, coordinate officers, conduct incident reports, and maintain logs with a focus on professionalism and customer service. Full training provided; applicants must have SIA licence and driving licence, plus supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience supervising a team.
• FULL UK DRIVING LICENCE.
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence.
• 5 years checkable work and address history.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible, and smart in appearance.
• Ideally some experience within a Security environment or a customer facing role.
• Able to interact with clients and customers in a positive manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift and coordinate officers during the shift.
• Ensure safe, compliant, professional gatehouse operations.
• Act as first point of contact for officers and site management.
• Focus on quality control, problem‑solving, and reporting.
• Training – toolbox talks.
