Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is recruiting a Managed Security Specialist to join our UK Solutions Team. The role focuses on qualifying and progressing opportunities, presenting managed security solutions to prospects, and supporting high-quality tender responses to drive customer engagement.

You will collaborate with Account Managers and service delivery teams, while delivering enablement sessions to internal sales teams and staying current with SIEM, XDR, EDR, and the Microsoft Security

Qualifications

• Understanding of managed security services and the wider cyber security market.
• Awareness of modern cyber security technologies, including SIEM, XDR and EDR solutions.
• Good understanding of the Microsoft Security ecosystem.
• Experience supporting cyber security sales, pre-sales or customer engagement activities.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Account Managers and Business Development Managers to identify, qualify and progress opportunities.
• Act as a trusted specialist resource during customer engagements, service introduction calls and solution discussions.
• Present and demonstrate managed security solutions to prospective customers.
• Support the creation of high-quality proposals, tenders and bid responses.
• Collaborate with service delivery teams to understand service capabilities, operations and customer outcomes.
• Deliver enablement sessions to internal sales teams, helping them identify and position managed security opportunities.
