Job summary

UniTrust Protection Services is seeking a Security Officer to provide high-level customer service at a client site. You will be the first contact for staff and visitors, liaising with the client and security team to maintain safety and security.

The role covers a mix of day and night shifts (average 56 hours per week) at a premium site. On offer are comprehensive benefits, training, and a strong emphasis on professional appearance and reliability.

Qualifications

• Security Industry Training Organisation basic qualification or equivalent experience.
• CCTV licence required for this role.
• First aid qualification is desired, but training can be provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order on site and protect people from violence, abuse and accidents.
• Protect client property from loss, theft, damage and waste.
• Escort and manage contractors and visitors while upholding security procedures.
• Produce and manage access cards for tenants, visitors and contractors.
• Monitor CCTV and alarms; respond to incidents and escalate as needed.
• Liaise with facilities team and client; assist with emergency procedures.
• Recordkeeping and daily follow-up with security and facilities staff.
