  • Ensure complete confidentiality for clients, tenants, and other service providers; protecting people and information is paramount.
  • Use CCTV, access control systems, and any other electronic management systems appropriately, completing reports and documentation in a timely manner.
  • Be familiar with all security and emergency procedures on site and assist in their safe execution and practice. There may also be a requirement to become a Fire Marshal; training will be provided.
  • Complete rostered duties and all associated tasks and responsibilities to the highest possible standard.
  • Complete any other reasonable tasks as instructed by the on-site management team or a Senior Manager, either from UniTrust or at the request of the client and/or tenants.
  • Support internal and external audit processes involving UniTrust Security representatives, client and tenant representatives, the SIA, and any other relevant body with a legitimate interest and valid reason for inspection or compliance checks.
  • Patrol the property when required.
  • Act with integrity and in the best interests of the company in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner.
  • Remain resilient when working in sensitive environments, dealing with conflict respectfully and empathetically at all times.
  • Be prepared to manage a wide variety of scenarios, people, and challenges.
  • Act in accordance with Company Policies, Procedures, and the Code of Conduct.
Essential Skills:
