Job summary

UniTrust Protection Services (UK) Ltd seeks a Security Supervisor to lead the client-side security team and provide high-level customer service while supporting the Security Manager and wider team.

The role is based at MK15 with weekend and shift hours, averaging 48 hours per week, and requires a CCTV licence, strong communication, and staff training capabilities to ensure a safe environment.

Qualifications

• Experience at supervisor level or above in the security industry.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
• Proficient with emails, Word and Excel and general IT literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the management of the security contract at the client’s premises.
• Control, monitor and instruct security officers alongside the Security Manager.
• Ensure staff are trained to client and company standards.
• Develop teamwork and maintain high morale through training and motivation.
• Carry out duties to maintain a safe and secure environment for personnel and property.
