Unitrust Protection Services is seeking a Front of House/Concierge Security Officer for a prestigious central London setting. You will deliver exceptional customer service to residents and visitors, ensure security and safety, and protect confidentiality while coordinating with clients and service providers.

You will be expected to maintain a high standard of professional presentation, adhere to procedures, and support security operations including CCTV and access control.

Qualifications

• Experience in 5* hospitality/high end residential environments.
• Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit to perform role requirements.
• SIA license valid and up-to-date.
• Experience with CCTV/access control systems.
