Job summary

GUK is seeking a Security Officer to maintain the safety and appearance of a modern, pristine site. You will be responsible for access control, greeting visitors, patrols, and detailed handovers to ensure front-line services run smoothly.

The role requires a strong sense of reliability, excellent English communication, and smart uniform presentation. Training will be provided; opportunities to contribute to ongoing success are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Security Industry.
• Excellent English language and communication skills.
• Good Leadership Skills.
• Excellent Customer Service Delivery.
• Good Speaking & Listening Skills.
• Ability to complete individual and team tasks.
• Excellent Report Writing & IT/Computing Skills.
• Outstanding Personal Appearance, Etiquette & Grooming Standard.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the look and feel of the site and provide safety for staff and visitors.
• Perform access control and greet visitors.
• Carry out regular patrols and complete the daily occurrence book.
• Provide thorough handovers at shift end.
• Communicate clearly and presentably in uniform.
