Kingdom Group, a trusted partner to Tesco, is seeking Retail Security Officers to join our security team at Tesco Narborough. You will protect customers, colleagues and assets while delivering excellent customer service in a busy retail environment.

Shifts are flexible across five days out of seven, averaging 32–48 hours weekly, with a competitive hourly rate of £13.72 and weekly pay. Suitable for professionals with strong communication and calm, professional demeanour.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
• Own transport required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, confident, and reliable approach
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
• Good attention to detail
• Full flexibility to work shifts between 06:00 and 00:00, including weekends
• Full 5-year checkable employment history
• Previous retail security experience is desirable but not essential

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and colleagues
• Act as a visible deterrent against theft, anti-social behaviour, and criminal activity
• Conduct regular store patrols and security checks

Hours: Average 32 to 48 hours per week
