Kingdom Group, Tesco's security partner, is seeking a reliable Retail Security Support Officer at Tesco Wheatley Express, Doncaster. You will patrol, deter theft, monitor incidents, and assist customers while maintaining a safe shopping environment.

Requirements include a valid SIA licence and a full 5-year work history. You will cover holidays and sickness, with flexible shifts including 15:00-23:00, supporting store management and colleagues as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols throughout the store
• Act as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour
• Monitor and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
• Complete accurate reports and maintain records of incidents
• Monitor CCTV systems where authorised
• Support store management and colleagues as required
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers when needed
• Protect customers, colleagues, and store assets
• Provide flexible support across shifts as required by the business

Location: Tesco Wheatley Express, Doncaster, DN2 5NH
Pay: £13.47 per hour
Hours: 0-40 Hours Per Week
Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday
Shift Times: 15:00 - 23:00 and Various Shifts

About the Role

Kingdom Group, a trusted partner to Tesco, is seeking a professional and reliable Retail Security Support Officer to join our team at Tesco Wheatley Express, Doncaster.

This support role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a customer-facing environment while maintaining a safe and secure shopping experience. You will provide security support where required, including covering holidays, sickness, and additional operational requirements. You will help protect customers, colleagues, and store assets while delivering excellent customer service and acting as a visible security presence within the store.
