Retail Security Officer

Location: Tesco Northallerton East Road
Pay Rate: £13.47 per hour
Hours: 24-32 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

About the Role

Kingdom Group is recruiting for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Security Officer to join our team at Tesco Northallerton East Road.

We are seeking an experienced Security Officer who can provide a highly visible security presence within the store, helping to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors. The successful candidate will be professional, approachable, and confident in dealing with a variety of situations while delivering excellent customer service at all times.

Shift Pattern

• 24-32 Hours Per Week
• Wednesday - Sunday
• Wednesday to Saturday: 16:00 - 00:00
• Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00
• 5-6 Days Per Week

Flexibility may be required to meet operational requirements.

The ideal applicant will possess strong observational skills, excellent attention to detail, good timekeeping, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure whilst working both independently and as part of a team.
