Job summary

Haven is seeking a Security Manager to lead a dynamic team and uphold a safe, welcoming environment for guests, owners and staff. You’ll drive security operations, manage budgets, deliver performance feedback, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

You’ll be hands-on, mentor your team, and pursue development opportunities including funded qualifications, with an annual bonus of up to 10% based on performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Security Management role, preferably in a holiday park, resort, or customer service environment.
• Valid SIA Door Supervisor (DS) license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of security protocols and health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service and targets.
• Enhance guest experience by addressing concerns and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor performance and conduct regular coaching and reviews.
• Oversee scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and standards.
• Resolve operational issues quickly to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.
• Provide training and development opportunities for the team.
