Job summary

Haven in the United Kingdom is seeking a Security Manager to lead the security team, ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests, owners and staff, and maintain high standards of operation.

You will manage budgets, develop security operations, ensure compliance, and provide coaching to the team while maintaining a focus on guest experience and safety through hands-on leadership and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven security management experience, preferably in a holiday park, resort, or customer service setting.
• Valid SIA Door Supervisors (DS) license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Experience in budgeting and financial management.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the security team to meet targets.
• Enhance guest experience by maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, and conduct reviews.
• Manage scheduling, budgets, and security resources.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and policies.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently.
• Develop team through ongoing training and mentoring.
