Zusammenfassung

AlphaSense seeks an organized Implementation Manager to own onboarding and rollout programs for large enterprise clients in the EMEA region. You will coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive adoption from pre-sale through 90 days post-sign‑on.

You will partner with US teams and regional account managers, tracking usage signals and ensuring a smooth rollout. Strong data skills and change-management experience are essential to success.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in a client-facing onboarding, customer success, or program management role in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience working with financial services organizations such as investment banks, hedge funds, private equity firms, and venture capital firms.
• Experience with change management practices that help client organizations adopt a new tool after purchase.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Linear, Jira, Asana, Rocketlane) and CRM software (Salesforce) for tracking rollouts and client information.
• Ability to work with adoption data, read signals such as time to first login and platform utilization, and develop reports using Excel or Google Sheets.
• Interest in identifying operational inefficiencies and driving organizational change through scalable processes and documentation.
• Strong communication skills to work with senior client stakeholders such as managing directors and partners.

Aufgaben

• Own the onboarding and rollout program for large enterprise clients, from pre-sale handoff through the first 90 days.
• Lead regular status meetings and align resources across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
• Track adoption signals and act on them with the account team.
• Shape rollout plans with Sales before close and hand accounts to Account Managers with a maintenance plan after 90 days.
• Analyze adoption trends and bottlenecks, translating data into actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
• Document best practices and build scalable onboarding processes for future clients.
• Develop an understanding of the product, the customer persona, and how it maps to the customer lifecycle.
