PA Consulting seeks a dedicated IT support professional to assist UK users outside London, providing excellent customer service while developing automation and secure IT practices. You will be part of a wider team ensuring environments are available and secure, with a focus on documentation and process discipline.

Key responsibilities include being the first point of contact, supporting projects, reporting on environment usage, and maintaining data management practices.

Formación

• Experience in a customer-facing IT support role with ticket handling.
• Familiar with Windows OS, Azure services, Office 365 and Intune.
• Experience managing Azure Virtual Desktops is preferred.
• Strong documentation and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate across all levels of the organisation and work in a team.
