PA is seeking a proactive IT support specialist to assist UK users outside London, delivering strong customer service, problem solving and secure IT support. You will work within a wider team to maintain a strong security stance, following strict processes and support to ensure the integrity of all IT services.
Expect to be the first point of contact for users, provide technical input to projects, and create reports on environment usage.
This is an interesting and varied role where you will be responsible for support our UK users based outside of London. The role will allow you to develop your skills in areas such as excellent customer services, automation, problem-solving skills and secure IT support. The successful candidate will work within a wider team to maintain a strong security stance, following strict processes and support to ensure the integrity of all IT services. Confident in deploying and operating a variety of systems to ensure that all environments are available, secure and operating as expected.
Candidates must possess UK single-nationality and have resided in the UK for a minimum of 5 years to obtain the security clearance level needed for this role. Candidates without this cannot be considered.
All PA people are required to undergo background checks and to achieve the Baseline Personnel Security Standard however, some UK roles also require higher levels of National Security Vetting, where applicants must have at least 5 years of continuous residency in the UK.
