The Southbank Centre in London is seeking a Security Duty Manager to lead a team of 11 Security Officers across a complex, multi-site estate. You will manage incidents, coordinate daily operations and work closely with client teams, event managers and external agencies to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• SIA Door Supervisor Licence and CCTV Licence required.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a security leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in a customer-facing security environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 11 Security Officers across a multi-site operation.
• Coordinate daily security operations across four buildings, public spaces and remote locations.
• Manage incidents, emergencies and alarms in a calm, professional and proportionate manner.
• Work closely with the Control Room, client teams, event managers and external agencies.
• Ensure high standards of service delivery, welfare, training compliance and operational performance.
• Handle customer and staff concerns with clear communication throughout.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, shift records and documentation.
• Monitor performance, identify improvements and contribute to service excellence.
