Ward Security is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor for a prominent facility in Central London. The role focuses on supervising a large security team, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Location is Central London with shifts Monday to Friday, 12-hour days. A valid SIA licence is required, and there are strong progression and training opportunities within the company.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA licence.
• Proven work experience as a Security Supervisor - min 1 year.
• Robust leadership and supervision skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily security team operations, ensuring tasks are completed.
• Report issues to the manager.
• Ensure night and weekend security teams are aware of events.
• Provide regular foot patrols within defined areas.
• Act as a point of contact for staff and visitors.
