G4S is seeking a Security Duty Manager to lead the site security service, coordinating operations to ensure a safe environment for staff and visitors. The role requires a valid Security licence and a full UK driving licence, with a 4 on 4 off pattern and day/night shifts.

The position mandates experience in security, strong communication, and willingness to be hands-on with duties and training; a competitive hourly rate applies.

Qualificações

• Must hold a Security licence and a full UK driving licence.
• Experience in a similar role is required.
• Aged 18 or over and able to work a varied shift pattern including days and nights.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in control of all security operations in compliance with statutory, Company and contractual requirements.
• Partner with G4S Management to ensure correct procedures are followed.
• Visit all Security Positions and Key Points during shifts.
• Ensure out-of-hours escalation process is implemented in emergencies.
• Report incidents of property at risk and maintain records of security incidents.
• Carry out routine tests of security equipment as directed by Operations Manager.
• Adopt a hands-on approach and perform regular duties of Security Officers.
