Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (DS).
• Valid CCTV Licence.
• Previous experience in a Security Control Room, Managing team, CCTV Control Room, or similar monitoring environment.
• Strong incident management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments.
• Proficiency with CCTV, alarm systems, access control, and building management technologies.
• High level of integrity, situational awareness, and decision-making capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations within the Security Control Room or CCTV monitoring environment.
• Maintain oversight of CCTV, alarm monitoring, access control, and building management systems.
• Dispatch and coordinate security teams during incidents with clear instructions.
• Liaise with emergency services and stakeholders during critical events.
• Produce accurate incident reports, logs, and operational summaries.
• Supervise and support security officers, ensuring adherence to standards and safety requirements.
