Job summary

Oakpark Security Systems LTD is seeking a Security Operations Controller to join its Security Services team in Colchester on a relief contract with mixed day and night shifts. You will manage the Operations Control Room, respond to incidents, monitor CCTV and alarms, and ensure SLA compliance while maintaining professional client relationships.

The role requires an SIA licence and proficiency with TrackTik/Chase systems, along with strong communication and organisational skills to handle

Qualifications

• Experience in Helpdesk, Call Centre or Control Room operations
• Computer literacy with MS Office and bespoke software
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with a teamwork ethos
• Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls into the main Operations Control Room
• Actioning the calls as required
• Monitoring and actioning emails in the centralised Operations Control Room box
• Ensure customers SLA's are adhered to
• Maintain daily equipment checks and prepare shift handover documentation
• Produce daily, weekly, monthly reports and incident reports
• Support Operations Resourcer when needed
