Job summary

Exalto Consulting is seeking a Service Designer on a contract basis, requiring current security clearance and working in a hybrid mode between London and other offices. The role pays £550 per day inside IR35 and runs for an initial 6 months.

The candidate will plan transitions end-to-end, define gate criteria, and manage cutover, hypercare and evidence for service acceptance while coordinating multi-team migrations and governance processes.

Qualifications

• Must hold current valid and transferable security clearance.
• Experience planning service transitions with gates and acceptance criteria.
• Capability to meet fixed deadlines across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Plan service transitions from start to finish with sequenced, resource-aware plans.
• Define readiness criteria and service acceptance processes including go/no-go.
• Plan cutover and hypercare with rehearsal, fallback and exit criteria.
• Coordinate migrations and TSA exits during mergers, divestments or splits.
• Maintain disciplined risk, issue and dependency management across partners.
