Job summary

Sopra Steria in Farnborough is seeking a Service Design Manager to shape end-to-end services for secure client accounts. You will translate requirements into robust service models and define cost, SLAs, and KPIs, ensuring live environments are prepared for delivery.

Join a collaborative team that values continuous learning and improvement, with a hybrid work arrangement requiring 2–3 days onsite weekly. Security clearance to SC level is preferred or eligible.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service management and service delivery models.
• Ability to map business and technical requirements to service models.
• Experience managing services against SLAs and KPIs.
• End-to-end service design expertise in secure/delivered environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design of new and transitioning services for live environments.
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust service models and operations.
• Define service offerings including scope, deliverables, risks and commercial considerations.
• Establish and manage service cost models, budgets and forecasts.
• Define and implement service performance measures including SLAs and KPIs.
• Drive continual service improvement through automation and tooling enhancements.
