Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG is seeking an ITIL Change & Release Manager based in the UK (Nottingham or Hatfield). You will deliver Change & Release services to specific customers, ensuring efficient handling and minimizing risk to client estates.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional IT experience.
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with all levels of service management, the customer and internal teams.
• ITIL V4 Foundation or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the scope and contents of each release with the customer and internal teams.
• Gather information and track status of change requests and release implementations.
• Ensure all Change Requests are registered and approved by authorized approvers.
• Keep Change and Release records up to date in the management tool.
• Adhere to change and release policy across environments.
• Analyze impacts and scheduling risks for production changes.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts before implementation.
• Coordinate with Incident, Problem and Configuration Management.
• Document procedures for Change and Release activities and maintain them.
• Distribute schedules and pipelines within agreed timeframes.
• Communicate changes and impacts to the business and provide performance reporting.
• Produce weekly change and release meeting minutes.
• Provide reporting on change requests and release activities, including exceptions.
