Job summary

TerraQuest Solutions Ltd in Birmingham is seeking a Change and Release Manager to join our Service Management team within an ITIL framework. You will deliver end to end release and change management across the business, including the Planning Portal and external services, with daily liaison to delivery teams.

Qualifications

Experience in change and release management within ITIL environments.
Hands-on release management with agile governance.
Experience delivering changes for web services.
Cross-functional collaboration skills.
ITIL knowledge and certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end release and change management across the business.
Act as daily contact for release management with delivery teams.
Manage release risk and issues.
Coordinate governance and CAB meetings.
Create release calendars and release notes.
Support faster, safer releases through process improvements.
