Job summary

NEC Software Solutions is seeking a proactive coordinator to join the Change, Configuration & Release team within IT Service Delivery, based in Hartlepool with hybrid working. The role suits someone with IT service management exposure and strong stakeholder skills, aiming to develop in Change/Release Management.

You will coordinate change requests, assist in planning and release activities, and produce concise reports while liaising with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT service delivery environments with strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to coordinate tasks and priorities across multiple teams.
• Good ITIL knowledge and familiarity with service delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Change requests throughout their lifecycle.
• Review requests to ensure information is complete.
• Support Change planning and implementation activities.
• Facilitate Change-related meetings and document outcomes.
• Liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth delivery of Change activity.
• Monitor upcoming Releases for readiness, dependencies and risks.
• Produce reports and maintain accurate records.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
• Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on Change Management processes.
