Job summary

NEC Software Solutions is seeking a Change, Configuration & Release Analyst to join IT Service Delivery. The role is based in Hartlepool with hybrid working arrangements, focusing on coordinating Change requests and supporting release activities across multiple teams.

We value experience in IT Service Delivery, strong stakeholder management, and knowledge of ITIL principles. DBS/NPPV3 security readiness may be required, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in Service Delivery or IT Operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate activities across multiple teams and document outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Change requests through their lifecycle.
• Review requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Support Change planning and implementation activities.
• Facilitate Change-related meetings and record outcomes.
• Liaise with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth delivery of Change activity.
• Monitor upcoming Releases and assess readiness, dependencies and risks.
• Produce reports and maintain records.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
• Provide guidance on Change Management processes.
