Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG in Nottingham is seeking a Delivery Manager for End User Computing to own the Evergreen service delivery within a 26-week window.

You will liaise with internal teams, customer representatives and third parties to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, producing MI and dashboards, and managing SLA and contractual deliverables while following ITIL processes. This permanent, office-based role requires security clearance or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of Project management (or similar proven responsibility).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with software release or patch deployment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a comprehensive service plan for Evergreen delivery.
• Conduct on-site customer visits as required.
• Produce management information and dashboard reports.
• Manage SLA and contractual delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and escalations.
• Communicate outcomes to all stakeholders.
