Job summary

Computacenter AG & Co. oHG in Hatfield is seeking a Technical Services Supervisor to lead a busy team and ensure customer commitments, SLA targets and quality standards are consistently achieved.

You will coordinate resources, support engineers, monitor workflow and act as a key escalation point for operational issues, while remaining hands-on in configuration, deployment and testing when required. This role focuses on delivering reliable technical services leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced technical services, deployment, logistics or operational environments.
• Supervisory/people management experience is required.
• Strong organisational, planning and workload management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience working in SLA-driven environments.
• Hands-on experience with configuration, deployment or related technical activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support Engineers and team members within Technical Services.
• Manage workload, resource allocation and workflow to meet customer commitments and SLA targets.
• Monitor operational performance, escalate risks and resolve issues to minimize service impact.
• Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
• Contribute to hands-on configuration, deployment, testing and troubleshooting when required.
