Job summary

Cabinet Office in London is seeking an End User Computing Engineer on a 6‑month, on‑site contract. The role requires active security clearance and will involve building and supporting Windows, MacBook, Android and Apple devices, plus managing devices via AD, SCCM, JAMF and Airwatch/Workspace ONE.

You will handle infrastructure deployments, device provisioning, and end-user support while working with multiple teams to deliver secure IT services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active Security Clearance is required for this position.
• Experience building and supporting Windows, MacBook, Android and Apple devices.
• Experience with device management tools: Active Directory, SCCM, JAMF, Airwatch/Workspace ONE.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy Windows, MacOS laptops and mobile devices, create login accounts and deploy settings.
• Deliver remote and classroom training and support end users on IT services.
• Survey office space, decommission IT in vacated buildings and install IT in new locations including AV/VC equipment and network cabling.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, identify solutions and ensure alignment with business requirements.
