Job summary

The Crown Prosecution Service is seeking an End User Compute Engineer to safeguard and optimize the end-user computing estate across England and Wales. You will manage devices, focusing on reliability, security, and performance, with emphasis on Microsoft Intune and Windows 11 ecosystems.

You will lead hands-on configuration, deployment, policy enforcement, and user support, while contributing to infrastructure upgrades and strategic decisions that ensure compliance and a modern, secure

Qualifications

Experience managing Windows 11 devices in a large enterprise environment.
Strong capability in Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) for device configuration and deployment.
Experience implementing and enforcing compliance policies and endpoint security.
Ability to troubleshoot and provide user-focused support at scale.

Responsibilities

Ensure reliability, security, and performance of end-user computing environments.
Oversee maintenance and effective management of Endpoint Manager (Intune) and supported devices.
Provide technical troubleshooting, infrastructure optimisation, and user support.
