Job summary

Government Recruitment Service in Sunderland is seeking an Operational Management Information Developer to turn data into insight and support decision making across the Working Age Services Directorate.

You will produce BI visuals, develop analytical products with SQL, and combine data from multiple sources to inform service improvements.

Working with senior stakeholders, you will drive performance, report findings clearly to non-technical audiences, and contribute to continuous improvement.

• Produce management information and visualisations using Power BI to support decisions.

• Lead analytical projects and manage competing priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery across Universal Credit and Labour Market services.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to influence decisions.
• Present complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.
