Job summary

Responsibilities

• Produce insightful management information and visualisations using Power BI to support decision making.
• Develop analytical products using SQL or similar programming languages, ensuring outputs are accurate and reproducible.
• Combine data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights and inform improvements.
• Lead analytical and performance improvement projects delivering outcomes at pace.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and operational performance across Universal Credit and Labour Market services.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to influence decisions and deliver outcomes.
• Present complex data and findings clearly for non-technical audiences.
• Foster an inclusive and collaborative working environment and contribute to team objectives.
