Job summary

Government Recruitment Service is seeking an Operational Management Information Developer in Bridgend to turn data into meaningful insight and support decision making across the UK's Universal Credit and Labour Market services.

You will produce management information, develop analytical products with SQL, and present complex findings clearly to senior stakeholders. Security Check clearance is required for this high-visibility role.

Qualifications

• Pass Security Check clearance is required.
• Ability to turn data into meaningful insight for decision making.
• Present complex data to non-technical audiences effectively.
• Work with Operations, Digital teams and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce insightful management information, analysis and visualisations using Power BI or similar tools.
• Develop robust analytical products using SQL or similar languages.
• Combine data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights and inform improvements.
• Lead analytical and performance improvement projects with competing priorities.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery across Universal Credit and Labour Market services.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels to influence decisions.
• Present findings in a clear, engaging way for non-technical audiences.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative working environment and drive continuous improvement.
