Job summary

GBR Recruitment Ltd, in partnership with a rapidly growing Security & Safety SME, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in retail manned guarding and key holding services. You will target private and public sector clients, build long-term security contracts, and lead tenders and direct sales activities.

The role requires a commercially driven security professional with a proven track record and a strong understanding of ACS/SIA licensing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated business development/sales experience in security services.
• Experience bidding for tenders and securing new contracts.
• Strong knowledge of SIA regulations, ACS and licensing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business in retail security sectors across target regions.
• Lead tender bids, PQQs, RFIs and proposals to win contracts.
• Develop growth strategies aligned to company objectives and drive revenue.
