Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a skilled, office-based Support Technician to join the ADT team on a full-time day shift (M40) with weekend work. You will receive ongoing training, career growth opportunities, and a competitive benefits package.

In this role you will diagnose alarm faults, use monitoring and programming software, and deliver outstanding service to residential and commercial customers while assisting field engineers and ensuring remote connectivity to alarm systems.
