Johnson Controls, working with the ADT brand, is seeking a Service Engineer in the UK to service intruder alarms, access control and CCTV systems across a defined region. You will deliver high-quality customer service and maintain industry-leading technical knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in Fire & Security industry.
• Driving license required.
• Experience in customer-facing environments.
• Ability to lift and climb ladders.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build effective relationships with customers.
• Service intruder alarms, access control systems and CCTV to relevant standards.
• Work safely and responsibly to avoid injuries and damage.
• Complete engineer work reports, certificates or checklists as appropriate.
