Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Customer Solutions Technician to install and commission residential security products, including intruder alarms, CCTV and doorbells. The role is field-based across residential premises with a company van, tools and full paid training provided.

Training and certification are part of the ADT Customer Solutions Technician program; you will be joining a development program with a basic salary plus a competitive incentive scheme.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driver’s license is essential.
• Ability to carry and climb ladders and work at height.
• Practical skills with hand and power tools.
• Strong communication and relationship-building to exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission intruder alarms, CCTV, doorbell and access control systems at residential premises.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and identify sales opportunities.
• Be reliable and able to work alone or in a team.
• Promote Johnson Controls as a market leader and uphold brand image.
• Keep accurate records, mileage, expenses and timesheets.
• Undertake other duties as required by line manager.
