Job summary

PA Consulting in Melbourn, United Kingdom, is seeking an IT Support professional to assist UK users outside London. You will deliver strong customer service, help with automation, and maintain secure IT services within a collaborative team.

Hybrid work means 2 days in the office per week with travel to client sites possible; training and documentation are emphasized; candidates should have experience with Windows, Azure, and Intune.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing IT support role handling tickets.
• Proficient with Windows OS, Azure, Office 365 and Intune.
• Experience managing Azure Virtual Desktops is preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and discuss with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact for users in a secure environment, dealing with a variety of requests that may need to be escalated
• Providing technical support/input to team projects
• Creating clear and concise reports to demonstrate the usage of our environments
• Following strict process on data management
• Supporting business critical systems
• Availability on-site 5 days a week, with some travel to other offices
