Job summary

PA Consulting in the United Kingdom is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist UK users outside London. You will develop skills in customer service, automation, problem-solving and secure IT support.

The role works within a wider team to maintain a strong security stance, deploy and operate systems to keep environments available, secure, and performing as expected. Hybrid working with some travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a customer facing IT support role, handling support tickets and interacting with colleagues of varying seniority and IT proficiency levels.

Responsibilities

• Being the first point of contact for users in a secure environment, dealing with a variety of requests that may need to be escalated
• Providing technical support/input to team projects
• Creating clear and concise reports to demonstrate the usage of our environments
• Following strict process on data management
• Supporting business critical systems
• Availability on-site 5 days a week, with some travel to other offices
