PA Consulting in the United Kingdom is seeking a service-oriented IT support specialist to help UK users outside London. You will build skills in customer service, automation, problem-solving and secure IT support while upholding security practices and robust procedures.

Working with a wider team, you will deploy and operate Windows and Azure environments, provide reports, and ensure the availability of critical systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing IT support role handling tickets and assisting colleagues of varying IT proficiency.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for users in a secure environment, handling diverse requests and escalations.
• Provide technical support and input to team projects.
• Create clear reports to demonstrate environment usage.
• Follow strict data management processes.
• Support business-critical systems.
• On-site availability 5 days a week, with travel to other offices.
